Privacy
This page describes exactly what Trade House Nepal collects through this website, and what happens to it.
What the enquiry form collects
When you submit an enquiry we store the name and phone number you enter, the quick question you selected, any message you write, and which product range and page the enquiry came from. That is all of it.
We do not ask for, and the form cannot accept, payment details. There is no cart, no checkout and no payment processing anywhere on this site.
What stays in your browser
After an enquiry is accepted, your name and phone number are saved in your own browser so a second enquiry does not ask you to type them again. They are stored on your device only, they are not sent anywhere, and Trade House Nepal cannot read them. Nothing else is kept — not your message, not the questions you picked, and not which products you looked at.
Clearing your browsing data removes them, and any field they fill in can simply be typed over.
Technical information
To limit automated abuse of the enquiry form we store a one-way, salted hash of the submitting network address. The address itself is never written to our records, and the hash cannot be turned back into one.
How it is used
Your phone number is used to call you back about your enquiry and to follow up on that requirement. Trade House Nepal does not sell enquiry details to anyone.
Removing your details
Ask us on the number you were contacted from, or through the contact page, and we will delete your enquiry record.
