About Trade House Nepal

Trade House Nepal is a product sourcing, trading and import logistics company based in Nepal, supplying retailers, resellers, institutions and bulk buyers, and handling freight forwarding and customs clearance for their imports.

Trade House Nepal works with shop owners, retailers, resellers, businesses and institutions that need products in commercially meaningful quantities. A buyer tells us what they need — by product range, by photo, by sample, or against a specification or BOQ — and we find options that match, quote them with an expected delivery timeline, and coordinate supply once the buyer approves.

This is not a retail store. Trade House Nepal does not publish fixed prices and does not hold the listed items in stock. Every listing on this site is a product range: a family of models, specifications and finishes rather than one exact item. The final model, quantity, rate and delivery time are settled through enquiry, which is why there is no cart, no checkout and no online payment anywhere on the site.

Sourcing is one of two service lines. Trade House Nepal also handles import logistics — freight forwarding and customs clearance — for businesses bringing goods into Nepal. A buyer can have Trade House Nepal find the goods and bring them in, or bring in goods they sourced themselves.

The catalogue reflects what Trade House Nepal is regularly asked to source. It is not a limit: if a buyer needs something outside it, the same process applies.
